Ordering & Customer Information
EMBROIDERY - Definition: direct embroidery of club crest or logo. Embroidery files supplied must be in Tajima (DST) or Barudan format. When sending a new logo, please indicate colour separations as required. Unless specified, logos are colour-coordinated to the item being embroidered. Crests are created in up to 5 colours.
•Digitizing Charge for Embroidery: There will be a flat charge for digitizing logos for tournaments and other 1-time orders. For logos up to 12,000 stitches, the charge will be $75.00. For digitizing very large logos (e.g. for flags or jumbo towels), a quote will be provided on request.
•Embroidery Charges: Cost of embroidery up to 8000 stitches is included in the price of the product (unless otherwise specified). For logos with greater than 8000 stitches, an additional charge of $0.35 per 1000 stitches will apply. Note that logos for hats and regular-size towels are typically around 8000 stitches. Large embroidered logos as found on flags can run between 30,000 and 60,000 stitches. For embroidery in 2nd location, add $5.00 per item (up to 8000 stitches).
FULL COLOUR - Definition: New decorating process allows for customization of logos and/or photos in full colour on many items, using a wide array of unique backgrounds, effects and imprint colours. Files should be supplied as high resolution colour images (300 dpi) to produce the sharpest image.
ULTRA COLOUR - Definition: Patented process allows for full colour decorating of logos and/or photos on many items. Excellent for half-tones and gradients.

Washing Instructions for Ultra colour items: Machine wash in cold water and hang to dry.
•Full Colour / Ultra Colour Charges: Cost of these decorating methods is included in the price of the product (unless otherwise specified).
INK IMPRINTED - Definition: refers to a direct imprint decoration process. Prices reflect 1 colour imprint and are included in the price of the product (unless otherwise specified); for 2nd imprint colour (unless otherwise specified), add $0.30 per item, plus $30.00 set-up. For 1 colour imprint in 2nd location, add $1.00 per item, plus $30.00 set-up.
ARTWORK & LOGOS - Please provide a digitized version by e-mail of your crest or logo indicating colours or changes where necessary. Our artist will use your information as required. We are able to correspond with and receive logos from our customers via e-mail and work in a PC environment. Preferred vector formats for artwork by e-mail are: AI, EPS, PDF, CDR, PS. The following formats may also be acceptable: TIF, JPG, BMP, however art charges for redrawing may be incurred.
One initial artwork proof will be done on request at no charge for confirmed orders only. Corrections or changes required to the initial proof will also be produced at no charge. Any further changes to the artwork will be billed at $60.00 per hour. We must be advised at the time of ordering if there are any changes to be made to the logo we have on file. Production of orders often begins immediately upon receipt of the order even if the delivery date is months away.
PRODUCTION TIME & RUSH ORDERS - Allow 4 weeks min. (in busy season) for most crested items, plus shipping time FOB London. Rush orders may be subject to additional charges. Please specify actual tournament or presentation date when ordering.
COLOUR INFORMATION - We do not screen, imprint, or embroider in exact corporate or Pantone colours but will make every effort to achieve as close a match as possible. Dye lots may vary with each order.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS - Minimum order: $50.00. Look for minimum quantities required for individual products.
SHIPPING - All orders are F.O.B London, Ontario. We make every effort to ship the fastest yet most economical way. However, tournament deadlines etc. may affect our method of shipping, and additional shipping charges may be incurred. We cannot guarantee the transit time for each order. Claims for shipping discrepancies or damaged goods must be made within 10 days of shipment.
OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS - Minimum orders are listed for each item. On custom imprinted merchandise an overrun of up to 8% is possible and will be charged on a pro-rated basis. Underruns are rare.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES - Work in progress cannot be stopped or revised without incurring charges to date. Completed logoed orders cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS - Merchandise may not be returned without our prior authorization at which time pick-up or shipping arrangements will be made by one of our sales representatives. Package(s) must be returned within 10 days of authorization. Due to the disproportionate cost, return shipments sent Collect will be refused and returned to the customer. Return authorization number must appear on the outside of the package(s) being returned. Miller Golf of London will repair or replace merchandise at our discretion. Returns of non-defective merchandise must be received in the same condition and packaging in which they were originally shipped. A restocking charge of 15% will apply.
TERMS - Net 30 days; 1.4% per month (18% per annum) on past due accounts. N.S.F. cheques will be subject to replacement by a bank certified cheque or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) which must include all fees incurred as a result.
NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS - In order to be considered for an open credit account, new customers must provide the following: 1) Completed credit application form; 2) Bank reference; 3) Two trade references. To ensure immediate processing, orders placed before credit is granted must be accompanied by a certified cheque or credit card number (Visa or MasterCard) to cover the full amount of the order. Non-certified cheques must clear the bank before order processing can begin.
